Story Time Guidelines
- Story time is designed for children ages 3 through Kindergarten. A child attending Story Time must be 3 years old before the session begins.
- Adults, and siblings who are able to sit quietly, have the option of participating in all or part of Story time, or waiting upstairs.
- An adult must remain with any child who is unable to “sit quietly” on his/her own.
- The length of Story Time is approximately 30 minutes.
- Story Time will begin promptly at 10:30 on Tuesday mornings or 12:30 Wednesday afternoons when in session.
- An adult must accompany each child into the library and down to the Young Readers’ Room.
- An adult responsible for each child must remain in the building during Story Time.
- No food or drink may be brought into the library.
- Cutler Library reserves the right to ask a child be removed from Story Time if deemed necessary.
